In the unlikely event that we make a mistake with the printing/cutting of your order or if your item is damaged in transit we will offer a full replacement. All of our products are made to order so cannot be refunded due to the fact they’re custom made for you.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.
You must let us know immediately when you receive the order if it is damaged or incorrect.
